Illustration created for "CINE PREMIERE"magazine, about the release of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" on DVD and Blu-ray Disc.

In the image (a mix between pencil drawings and digital collage) I decided to insert the quotes of two amazing Biblical passages that speak about Jesus Christ represented by the LION... one of wthem is a prophecy from Genesis!...

"Judah, your brothers shall praise you; Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; Your father's sons shall bow down to you.
"Judah is a lion's whelp; From the prey, my son, you have gone up He couches, he lies down as a lion, And as a lion, who dares rouse him up?
"The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes, And to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.
"He ties his foal to the vine, And his donkey's colt to the choice vine; He washes his garments in wine, And his robes in the blood of grapes.
"His eyes are dull from wine, And his teeth white from milk.
Genesis 49:8-12

“...And one of the elders said to me, ‘Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals’."
Revelation 5:5

C.S.Lewis was an atheist. But later God touched his heart. And Lewis become a Christian writer.

I knew Tolkien was originally a Catholic guy, but one day he talk with C.S.Lewis (Lewis turn into an atheist because he suffered too much in the 1st world war). Both guy were in a writers club called "the inklings". I don't know what happened with Tolkien at his final days (if he were saved or not, only God Knows) but, thanks to some of his words, Lewis understood many things of the spiritual world, so, he repent and star to believe in JesusChrist and His Word. Later, he wrote Narnia, with Aslan as an allegory of Christ.

Sadly, Many documentaries we see in TV, magazines or books were manipulated, specially with the biblical themes.

You're right!
Only one Thing: every time you refer to the Creator, write "God" (with capital letter "G") :D
